The RDX-based improvised explosive device (IED), which was found and defused in Ghazipur flower market in east Delhi on January 14, was suspected to have contained 'ABCD switches' and a programmable timer device, a source said. Pakistan is the largest manufacturer of these switches used extensively in IEDs planted by jihadi terrorists operating in Kashmir and Afghanistan.
